Head – Quality Assurance (QA)
We are looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance Leader to head the QA function for a prominent client organization based at their Head Office in Hyderabad.
This is a critical leadership role requiring deep expertise in Oncology, Sterile Injectables, and/or Biologics, along with strong exposure to global regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall QA strategy across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, EMA, MHRA, and WHO-GMP standards.
- Head regulatory inspections, audits, and quality governance.
- Oversee sterile manufacturing, aseptic processes, and contamination control.
- Strengthen QMS (CAPA, Deviations, OOS/OOT, Change Control).
- Build and lead high-performing QA teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 18–25 years of experience in Pharma / Biopharma QA.
- Strong expertise in Oncology / Injectables / Biologics.
- Proven track record of handling global regulatory inspections.
- Experience in managing multi-site QA operations.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
