FUNCTION
Downstream Processing
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the downstream process development, scale-up, and GMP production of recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies.
- Operational Oversight: Design, plan, operate, and monitor downstream activities with high proficiency.
- Technical Systems: Expertly handle chromatographic systems, TFF systems, and advanced filtration systems.
- Data Management: Interpret complex experimental results and process data using standard analytical tools to ensure process efficiency.
- Compliance Documentation: Write and review critical technical documents, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, investigational protocols, and final reports.
Desired Expertise & Profile
- Strong background in downstream process development specifically for large molecules.
- Hands-on experience with various chromatographic and filtration systems is essential.
- Deep familiarity with the principles governing downstream process scale-up.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret analytical and process data effectively to drive R&D outcomes.
