We are currently hiring a Manager - Training (Functional & Behavioral), budget upto 24 Lacs to join our team in Govandi (East), Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should have an MBA in HR with 7-10 years of experience and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive learning and development plans for Head Office functions, as well as supporting Sales & Plant learning interventions. Collaboration with Sales & Plant training teams is a key aspect of this role.
Additional details:
- This is an individual contributor role.
- Office-based work with Sundays and alternate Saturdays off.
Office hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred.
